Thermodynamic modeling of the reaction of simultaneous interaction of nickel (II), cobalt (II) and iron (III) oxides with carbon

This paper considers thermodynamic modeling of electric smelting Allarechenskoye deposit dumps for nickel, cobalt, and iron extraction. Thermochemical transformations in the reaction interaction carbon with oxides nickel (II), cobalt (II) (III) are considered. The investigations thermochemical chemical-phase composition system were carried out using software complex “Astra-4” developed by a team scientists at Bauman Moscow State Technical University. as function T (temperature) P (pressure) studied. In particular, temperature was range from 973K to 1773K pressure taken 0.001 MPa 0.1 MPa. According results, it found that transitions condensed iron, degree transition (αFe) 29.0% = 1173K 99.1% 1773K, is 100% before 1273K, an increase 1273K decreases 99,98%; gas phase distributed similarly nickel.
